Making iced coffee at home is easy, and we have a couple of methods for you
How to make iced coffee
What to prepare
Extract tool, like Pour over set ( Dripper, Server, Paper filter) or Cafe press
Measuring spoon or Scale, Hot water, Ice cube, Glass, Ground coffee
Sample Extraction ratio = Hot water : 150ml / Ground Coffee :15g / Ice Cube
Step.1
Make hot coffee, little stronger.
For example, by Pour over or Press.
Step.2
Pour into a cup or pot filled with ice cube and chill quickly.
If you use ice cube made from coffee in advance, the flavor won't be diluted.
Step.3
Enjoy freshly brewed coffee !
It's also delicious with milk or syrup.
How to make Cold Brew coffee
What to prepare
Cold brewing tool or Brewing bag and coffee pot,
Cold water, Ground coffee, Glass
Sample Extraction ratio = Cold water : 1000ml / Ground coffee : 100g
Step.1
Put the ground coffee into a brewing bag, or use a special cold brewing device.
Step.2
Pour in cold water and wait patiently.
Step.3
Rest 6-12 hours.
When the coffee has a nice color, it's done.
Let's serve after well chilled.
