Roasting Guide
How to choose the roasting degree for your coffee
Coffee roasting develops the aroma and flavor of coffee beans through high-temperature heating. The process starts with green beans that have been processed and dried. During roasting, chemical and physical changes occur, creating the distinct taste and aroma of coffee.
Roast level plays a major role in flavor. Lighter roasts are fruity and bright, while darker roasts are bold and bitter. Use the guide below to find the roast level that best matches your brewing method and taste preference.
💡 Tip: For Pour Over, start with Medium Roast to easily taste the characteristics of the coffee beans.

Grinding Guide
How to choose the grinding degree for your coffee
Choosing the right grind size for your brewing method helps extract the best flavor. Once coffee is ground, its freshness fades quickly, so purchasing whole beans is recommended if you can grind at home.

Pick Your Grind Degree During Checkout
Please refer to the image on the left and choose the grind degrees from "2" (fine) to "18" (coarse), or "Whole Beans" (no grind), according to your brewing method and preferences.
Quantity Guide
How many grams fit your coffee routine
For the best freshness, purchase only what you can consume within 2 weeks to 1 month. Whole beans are best enjoyed within 1 month, while ground coffee should be consumed within 2 weeks.

Gram weights shown refer to green beans. After roasting, the final weight will be about 80–85%.

Prices already include roasting and grinding fees.
💡 Tip: Some beans offer lower unit prices when purchased in bulk, with discounts available up to 500g.

How to complete your coffee order
Once you have decided the items, add it to your cart and confirm your purchase.
Once all selections are complete, click "Add to Cart."
Selecting "Buy Now" will take you directly to checkout for the chosen item only.
Click "Add to Cart" to continue shopping and add other products.
Click "View Cart" to go to My Cart.
Review your order details, then proceed to checkout.
Note: Orders cut off daily at 12:00 noon.
Payment Guide
How to complete your payment via Paypal, credit card, or bank deposit.
Please understand that it may take some time to confirm your payment, especially on weekends.

Fill in the notes if necessary (e.g. pack in individual bags, etc.) and let's check out by selecting payment method "Bank Deposit" or "Paypal".
Once you click to proceed "Check out via Paypal", you will be redirected to Paypal site.
Please create or log-in Paypal account, then enter your credit card details and shipping address.
If you have successfully registered in Paypal, you will be redirected back to Coffee Tonya website on the left image.
Please make sure the shipping address shown is correct and choose a region of delivery address.
