  • How do I choose a coffee that's right for me?
    First think about what flavor profile you like. All of our coffee have flavor notes listed to help guide folks to a preference they might enjoy. And if you have any questions use our Chat Feature to ask one of our Coffee Experts for suggestions!
  • What's the shelf life on coffee?
    The best time to use coffee is within 30 days after it's roast date. Good tips to store coffee is in an airtight opaque container, room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
  • When can I get my freshly roasted coffee?
    Book your own rider either Angkas, Lalamove, Grab, Mr Speedy and get your package at Coffee Tonya store! ​ Kindly give your order ID # and your full name to the rider in order to claim your package. ​ *Order cutoff is every 12noon. *NO RUSH ORDER PLEASE! Follow our cut-off policy! Customers will receive an email notification that your order is ready to be claim in the store. You may only get your orders from 3pm to 6pm only. ​ NO STORE OPERATIONS EVERY SUNDAY.
  • Do you do shipping outside Metro Manila?
    Yes, we ship nationwide in the Philippines. Please see below our rates and timetable to receive your fresh coffee. Shipping Fee: Metro Manila (1-3 business days) - PHP100 Greater Manila (3-5 business days) - PHP100 Provincial (5-7 business days) - PHP180 ​
  • Do you accept VISA & Mastercard credit cards and debit cards?
    Yes, we accept payments on credit and debit cards issued by VISA and Mastercard via PayPal payment link.
  • Do you accept Bank Transfer/Bank Deposits?
    Yes, we accept Bank Transfers / Bank Deposits as payments.   • Do you accept Cash On Delivery?
    No, we do not accept COD payments.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
