Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
> Delivery fee and lead time are as follow.
Note: Lead time counts a day after pick up on our store by the carrier.
> All orders received until 11:00 AM will be processed within the day. Orders received after cut off will be processed the next day.
> No delivery on weekends and holidays.
>Payments accepted credit card (Visa, Master card, American Express) thru Paypal.
>You can choose also deposit payment thru Bank.
>Cash on delivery is not allowed.
CASH DEPOSIT, your items will be shipped the very next day after payment is made.
For CHECK DEPOSIT (OTHER BANK CHECKS), your items will be shipped the very next day after payment was already cleared & reflected to our account (Bank have 3days Clearing for other bank check).
Transactions that are not paid within 3 working days will automatically be cancelled.
Please email us the deposit slip for the confirmation of the offline payment.
Strictly no return/exchange. In cases where the items delivered does not conform with the items ordered, Coffee Tonya will replace the item and shoulder the shipping fee provided the following are met:
- Item is not opened (for Food, Tea Leaf and Coffee Beans)
- Item is in complete packaging together will the accessories (For Equipment/Accessories)
- Official and delivery receipt can be provided
- Item is ship back within 7 days from date of receipt
