Metro Manila Orders

Book Your Own Rider

Get your coffee same-day!

Book your own rider either Angkas, Lalamove, Grab, Mr Speedy and get your package at Coffee Tonya store!

Kindly give your order ID # and your full name to the rider in order to claim your package.

*Order cutoff is every 12noon.

*NO RUSH ORDER PLEASE! Follow our cut-off policy!

Customers will receive an email notification that your order is ready to be claim in the store.

You may only get your orders from 3pm to 6pm only.

NO STORE OPERATIONS EVERY SUNDAY.

Metro Manila & Provincial Orders

Shipping Fee:

  • Metro Manila (1-3 business days) - PHP100

  • Greater Manila (3-5 business days) - PHP100

  • Provincial (5-7 business days) - PHP180

 

PAYMENT

Option 1: Pay using VISA, Mastercard credit and debit cards via PayPal.

Option 2: Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit

  • Step 2: Payment Verification

  1. Via Email:

Once payment has been deposited please email your deposit slip to coffeetonya.philippines@yahoo.com 

Kindly include the following details:

  1.  Buyer's name

  2.  Amount deposited

  3. Confirmation Number/Reference Number

  4. Payment made via i.e. GCash/InstaPay/PesoPay

  5. Date & Time of transaction (indicated on the deposit slip)


>Cash on delivery is not allowed.

RETURNS POLICY


Strictly no return/exchange.

In cases where the items delivered does not conform with the items ordered, Coffee Tonya will replace the item and shoulder the shipping fee provided the following are met:

- Item is not opened (for Food, Tea Leaf and Coffee Beans)
- Item is in complete packaging together will the accessories (For Equipment/Accessories)
- Official and delivery receipt can be provided
- Item is ship back within 7 days from date of receipt
