Due to a high volume of orders, current ECQ restrictions, and regulations on limited manpower, please expect some delays for all deliveries. These conditions may affect the time needed to pack your order, to transport your order, or to pass check points. We are working as hard and as fast as possible to serve your needs and dispatches will continue between Mondays and Tuesdays.

How to order:

1. Place your order via www.coffeetonyaph.com

2. Pay Online via Paypal, Creditcards and Bank Transfer to our Uninonbank account. No COD available.

3. Delivery options available via XPOST courier, Self-Pickup and/or Book Your Own Rider Pickup in the store.

a. via XPOST Courier

Scheduled dispatch is every Tuesday. Lead time counts a day after pick up on our store by the carrier. See updated lead time table here - https://www.coffeetonyaph.com/faq

  • FREE Shipping in Metro Manila for minimum spend of P1500 

  • FREE Shipping nationwide for minimum spend of P3000

 

b. Self-Pickup and/or Book Your Own Rider Pickup

For customers who wish to pick up their order via on demand couriers like Angkas/Grab/Lalamove, we can allow self-pick up every Tuesdays only (except Public Holidays) from 4PM to 5:30PM.
Please wait for email notification before picking up your order. Your order ID and full name will be needed for your rider to claim your package.

 

Order Cut-off is every Sunday.

Every Tuesdays is dispatch of orders via XPOST.

FAQ: 

1. Which areas can you deliver to during ECQ?

Select areas in National Capital Region and Provincial locations, please CLICK HERE to check your area.

Delivery lead times apply after orders have been dispatched and customers have received their tracking number.

You will need to present your OTP received in your registered mobile number upon checkout in Coffee Tonya online store for collecting packages.

2. My delivery address is outside the areas specified in Question 1. When can you deliver my order?
​

Delivery for orders outside the areas specified in Question 1, is currently on hold until the quarantine has been lifted. We continuously monitor the situation and will resume delivery as soon as the situation permits.

3. I have other inquiries. How can I reach your Customer Service Team?

Our Customer Service Team is available through our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays.
