Mocha Sidamo is one of the brands representing Ethiopia grown in south of Ethiopia,  at a high elevation above 2000m.
This bean has sweet robust aroma, full bodied and present bitterness.

Medium roast gives you sweet robust aroma and sweet acidity which is characteristic of Mocha.
French roast you may enjoy add more rich body with rich mouth feel and bright acidity.  Good with milk.  .
