Ethiopia is as known as the origin of coffee. This coffee beans are high quality Mocha coffee, base in  Yirgacheffe area  and they use washed process. Mocha in this area has a high altitude and because of contrast temperature in morning and nigh, it takes time to ripen the cherry, so sweetness becomes strong, its flavor characterized by scent like flowery.

Great aromatic complexity and intensity with 
a particular emphasis on citrus and floral notes.
