Mocha Mattari is one of the finest coffee in Yemen.  Most of the farm belong to individual farmers and situated around steep slope of dried valley  in mountainous region (altitude 1000m-3000m).
Mocha is a name of port in Yemen. In 15—17 century, it was a busy port for shipping coffee beans from Yemen and Ethiopia. Now, it is a small fisherman’s port, but the name of Mocha remains for coffee from these area.

The beans from ancestor of coffee trees have characteristic of Mocha flavor, Sweet aroma and bright acidity.

Recommend roast   medium and high roast
