Country of origin: Papua New Guinea

Coffee trees are from the seed of Blue Mountain brought from Jamaica in 1937.

Hand picking of ripe cherries, water washing fermentation process which took 4 days more than usual, sun drying by 10 days, twice hand sorting.

These things support the high quality taste of Sigli.

Modest taste having sweet aroma and present bitterness.
