Guatemala is one of the representative coffee producing regions in Latin America.
Coffee is grown at the foot of an active volcano of 3000 m class. The calm climate of this area and fertile volcanic ash soil are the best conditions to make good coffee.

Top grade of SHB is grown in high mountains. Floral fragrance and a fruity flavor with a citrus acidity and medium body.
Recommend roast : medium or high roast
